Speed Reading Secrets
Filed Under Free Videos, Main Content
Hey folks, check this out - we’ve come up with a really neat way to not only easily learn to ’speed read’ complete books in a couple of minutes, but do so in a way that virtually downloads the info right into your brain.
Intruiged?
What if you could also use it to quickly absorb all the ideas and attitudes of one of the world’s greatest manifesting masters?
Then check out our first ‘Speed Book‘ edition of Wallace Wattles classic guide to manifesting money ‘The Science of Getting Rich‘.
Enjoy, and if you like it and want to see more books in the new ‘matrix’ style format, just leave a quick comment below!
Michael
PS: Hey, we got a couple of technical comments from people about how the player works, so I made a quick video that shows you, just click here to watch.
Happy speeeed reading, Michael

Re: Speedreader.
Went to this site, it was interesting. I didn’t time how long it took me to finish, but the ability to speed it up as I went along and still comprehend was fascinating. I’ve read this book a few times, thanks Sean and Mike for the refresher.
I have to say I had a great time. No matter how fast the program went I was able to read with comprehension. Thank you both for providing the book to read and the lesson in speed reading. I look forward to reading more books this way.
MC: Couple tech comments from folks - the player runs using a java plugin which should be bundled in with most browsers. If not you can get it free from java.com.
Depending on connection speed it might take a few moments to load before it plays. Also, just check any pop-up blockers are off for the site or the link won’t open (it loads in a new window).
Thanks,
Mike
Interesting little applet there. I didn’t realize at first that it takes a long time to load, and almost told you it must not work with Vista, but reading the last comment above gave me the idea to go back and let it sit until it started.
Thanks for sharing it with us!

Wonderful! Loved it!
Thank you for the gift and am looking forward to more of the same.
Mary.
It was an interesting read, but the entire concept would have been SO much better, if you could have picked a book that was not religiously oriented.
This book makes it seem that one cannot envision being rich, unless they can accept that “God” is the reason the Universe will bestow anything you can visualize…
There are far too many people who are rich, who do not believe in a God of any type.
The Silva Mind Control would be a better read. ANY book on visualization WITHOUT religious implications would be a better read…
I\’m really looking forward to using this wonderful and very generous gift(thank you!)as soon as Virgin sorts my Broadband — the signal is so weak it can barely crawl through the cable. When the applet tries to open all I get is a square window with a grey background with Mr Wattles name across the top and the word \"The\" from the title! Whereupon, it freezes completely and I have to use Task Manager to close it.
Keep smiling! = Mike
Hey Sean and Michael,
To demonstrate how much I appreciated this innovation..let just say thank you, thank you, thank you…wonderful!..I am consciously expressing gratitude…and its easy to do because it genuine. I tried it first on maximum speed and it was like being in a Star Trek movie..just allowed the words to stream in without conscious comprehension. The second time I put it on medium or so and found the material flying by but this time with comprehension..I could almost literally “hear” Wattles. Extremely good book, ahead of its time. Even at the medium speed its very fast, so much so that it can virtually be read everyday as part of my “practice”. Also, I think its helpful to “get into alpha” as in the Silva Method and other as preparation..more concentration and absorption..more enjoyable too. For the person worried about “God”, I hope its helpful to say that Wattles is not referring to any mythic membership, anthropomorphic, dualistic concept here; what he is saying is very much in keeping with our post-post modern integral conceptions of the conscious, living Kosmos, which we are in fact at the deepest level of Being, which is always already the case; Wattles provides a direct non-coercive way to “actualize” That. I found his presentation refreshing, uncompicated and inspiring. What’s not to like, really? You guys are great and are doing a great service. The combination of tools just listed on this blog page are invaluabe for anyone willing to put them into practice with gratitude and faith/i.e firm knowledge. A point about faith, the ordinary mind has none; good information has to be rationally assimilated and repeated and reiterated to break the habits of the common conditioned mind, until it becomes firm and replaces the old; that is when “faith” emerges. This program is a great tool to be used toward that end; at least that is what I intend to do. I hope my comments are helpful to all. Thanks again. Keep em coming guys..may you be increasingly rich..there is a limtiless supply in this ever infinitely expanding Kosmos for all of us! Gregory
Further to my earlier comment, my broadband is working faster now, and this applet is absolutely brilliant! Thank you VERY much! Well done, Sean and Michael. May you both always keep smiling! = Mike
The Wattles book was extremely enjoyable. You can make the next book even better and faster though. I used to teach speed reading. Speed reading is not just a matter of learning to move your eyes to move faster to read words faster. You learn to read groups of words.
With speed reading training you learn to take in something like “Denver, Colorado” as one concept not two words.
So next time you do a book for this website, flash two to four word intelligently chosen phrases and you will easily double reading speed while improving comprehension.
A excellent author for a speed book is Neville Goddard, using any of his books would be fantastic.
Great second book! I have a question for you … is this applet something that eventually we could buy and load our own books into? What sort of format does the book need to be in for the little reader to work? I have books I would like to be able to use your applet for/with; perhaps others do, too. I doubt you will have many of the ones I’m wanting (they aren’t related to manifesting), so I doubt you’ll be putting up all the books I would like to use the reader with, is why I ask.
Congrats on a hit idea!!!

Hey guy\’s
This thing is cool beyond.
Have you considered the power this applet could have on goal setting?being able to write out your goals in vivid pictures descriptions, and then repeatedly thoughout a day a week or a month, gently injecting them in your subconscious,or for afirmations, like i said, cool beyond……..
Loved the experience, look forward to more.
Hi Michael and Steve, thank you for giving us this wonderful rading tool. How does one use it to read one\’s own books? I am really intrigued and want to know more.
Yours sincerely,
Danel
Hey Danel - at present we need to load books into it, we’re working on a downloadable version at the moment,
Michael
I am trying to get the free peed books but when I select the Wattles book nothing happens. I’m not able to get it. Is the website up and running well or is it just my computer thats the problem?
Hi Donna - check the comment above about the java plugin and check your browser is set to run java, that fixes most problems.
Cheers,
Michael
I am currently reading faster than most people I know as I have taken a “speed reading” course in the past. I usually am able to see many words in one glance. So reading one word at a time is difficult for me, whatever the speed. In short, I don’t remember anything.
However, I would be curious to try a similar applet where many words would be shown instead of one and determine my understanding and retention level at various speed.
Me too, I got up to around 5000wpm though it makes reading more like work;) We’re working on a more sophisticated version at the moment,
Cheers,
Michael
Hello!
Are there instructions 4 the speed reader that would enhance my abilities to speed read? or am I supposed to just look at the words?
Is there a “reader” that we could purchase?
What do you think about Michael Masterman @
SpeedReadingSecret.com ?
Thank you, Kevin
Hi Kevin - You just relax and view the words. Never read MM’s course I’m afraid. Working on a new version that’ll have some cool stuff, stay tuned;)
M
I would also love to see a version that was in more of a “subtitle” format, where whole phrases were flashed at a time instead of single words. I find that it’s actually more difficult for me to read the books at a medium speed, and easier at a higher speed because it gives a certain illusion of whole phrases, but that I don’t remember as well without having the the entire context of each word right away.
As an addendum to my comment, perhaps you could add a function to the applet that would allow the user to select how many words were shown at once, in a similar way that the user currently selects the speed? That, I think, would be the ideal improvement to the applet, since we are all at different levels of reading ability.
Thank you so much for this gift. I find this book difficult to concentrate on for any length of time normally - but I just read the whole thing and comprehended most of it well. This is brilliant for my concentration, which varies. I sped it up gradually as I got used to each speed and was hungry for more. The biggest obstacle was preventing the cat from sitting on the keyboard to get in my line of vision! I really look forward to playing with this more and consuming more books! Thank you again.
I found this very interesting and only have one qestion should I have started off at medium speed or was it ok to go to the fastest speed. I really am looking forward to more of this and instead of God can we use something like Universal Energy that way it would not offend some people because not eveyone believes in God but they do believe in a hihger power?
Either will work, just adjust to suit. Feel free to use whatever language resonates with you, enjoy! Mike
How cool - I’m a slow “lip-reader” so this is GREAT for me!!!
Technical issues - I REFUSE to turn off the pop-up blocker but there is a way around it.
Hit the contol button and click at same time - it will open up the new window.
Thanks for a fun time and a quick read!!!
Sue
Thanks Sue, I do that all the time, or I’ll selectively turn my adblocker off on sites I want to use (I’ve found Adblock Plus plugin fo firefox excellent). Mike
This is neat. neatest pacing system I\’ve ever seen. Please do put the Bible on this gizmo, as many versions as you come across. Those who choose not to believe in God can skip these books. No one\’s forcing them. Jim
this is a great idea. I am a slow reader and my concentration level was heightened. In a couple of weeks I will have more time to devote to myself, and can’t wait to see how I can develop.
Wouaouh! great, wonderfull, all my congratulations and my thanks for having put this two books under this reading way. It’s quite a miracle, I am French and generaly I take a long time to read and understand those e books about 4 or 500 on the same subject: Personnal growing, law of attraction, self improvement… Would it be possible to put on the same way french books?
Go on
Hey…this is really cool! Do send across more of such goodies. thanks.
Brilliant! I have always been a rather slow reader, but this worked well for me. Really easy and quick. More please!
Many thanks.
