Have you ever noticed that habit tends to be effortless?

In other words, if you do something regularly enough, the rhythm of DOING it turns into an impulse beyond your control.

Someone reaches out to shake your hand, and you lift your hand automatically in return. Zero effort.

If you are in the habit of saying “bless you” or “Gesundheit” when someone sneezes, don’t those words come out automatically? (What happens if you are at the cinema or someplace quiet, and hear a nearby person sneeze? Does the habit of being quiet in a movie theater override that “Bless you” habit?)

Brushing teeth, wearing clean underwear, stirring your tea or coffee with your right hand instead of your left.

There are more habits each day than you may realize.

Now for the big question…

Do you have the habit of USING the skill of manifesting on a regular basis?

Michael and I realized a long time ago that the manifesting itself works a LOT better when it’s a daily habit, rather than a tool kept locked up and used only for emergencies.

But then that leaves us with a BIG question: What can you do to MAKE manifesting an automatic habit?

Good question!
